Nagesh has played a leading role in the global information technology industry for more than 12 years, Managing divisions and Business units in India and the United States. Since founding Ideaon in 2002 as President, he has been instrumental in formulating the company’s strategy, global delivery, marketing and sales, business development, client services, building and managing the organization’s development centers in India and USA. As CEO, Nagesh Srini is holding Business Development, operational and advisory roles at Ideaon Group.

Nagesh has over 18+ years of Industry experience. He was a regional head of Time Mauser (Germany) in India, subsequently joined Fortuna Technologies, USA before founding Ideaon as President. He holds a Bachelor in Engineering, Instrumental Technology from Mysore University. Previously, Nagesh led his career at K Dhandapani & Co, Alcobex, holding key positions in Marketing Strategic planning, and New Business development in the USA and India.

Shankar Krishna

Shankar has been in the services industry for the past 17 years with extensive experience in marketing, advertising and IT Professional Services. Shankar joined Ideaon in 2007 and has been instrumental in Leveraging Ideaon’s capabilities and channelizing them into unique customer value to our clients. He has extensive experience in setting up offshore delivery centers and processes for many companies. Shankar handles Business Development, corporate strategy and global project delivery for various revenue streams at Ideaon.

Prior to joining Ideaon, Shankar held multiple, Brand and Account management positions at companies handling advertisement and marketing for IBM & Compaq. He holds an MBA from TA Pai Management Institute, Manipal.
